American Pro Movers

I just completed a move with a 26' U-Haul from MT to LHC AZ. I used U-Haul to contract for unloading assistance, pre paying for the service. When the day came to unload, I had NO HELP. The Mule Movers who were scheduled, were a NO SHOW. So here I am last minute needing help Unloading furniture that I couldn't unload alone. I start calling local movers in Havasu. Neil with American Pro Movers answers the phone. I tell him my situation, and that I had a plane to catch the next day, and he was on it. He called two of his guys in and sent them over within an hour. James and Brendt were professional and moved everyrhing remaining in my truck into my house quickly and with precision. Wow, what a great team! Neil promptly and professionally responded to my first inquiry. Reserved small local move right away. When I called to reconfirm he already had my named programmed, knew it was me calling and had us set. He gave me a 30-minute arrival time range and they were on time! Neil, Robert and Greg were friendly, professional and boy did they know what they were doing. They dismantled and loaded/unloaded items properly, quickly and carefully. Even offered to help with items we had loaded onto our own car. My husband and I highly recommend them! Thank you Neil and team! (Move date was June 2024)

Should you decide to use Neil's truck and two men, be sure to number and count all the boxes. Recheck when all is unloaded and search the truck thoroughly, cab and all, for any misplaced boxes. Boxes can apparently fall off a truck during a 15 minute ride across town.

These guys were phenomenal! Moving is stressful regardless of the distance but even more so when several hundred miles away. They worked me in with only 2 day’s notice, showed up on time and didn’t let me lift a finger. I finally got to just direct traffic instead of being in it. They moved a boat out of the garage to allow room for all the boxes, maneuvered the trailer, disconnected it and repositioned the truck. Extremely polite and courteous and even cleaned out the back of the truck and reconnected the car carrier! I believe they went well beyond the extra mile and would highly recommend their service.

I highly recommend American Pro movers they were on time and professional.Neil and the crew not only packed the job but handled my furniture with great care.Neil answered any questions I had and put me at ease with his moving knowledge. I would definitely use them again./used this company a second time moved storage to storage just like last time great experience.
