UPDATE After further discussions with Ampro, they resolved my problem satisfactorily and quickly. I would do business with them again. Thank you, Ampro. We have ordered twice from this company. Our first shipment of 5" red oak unfinished hardwood was great, however our 2nd shipment of 4 packs was terrible! Although they advertise random lengths of 1 to 7 feet, we received nothing longer than 5' and there were only 2 of those in all 4 packs. The longer lengths ranging from 3 to 5 feet were badly damaged on the tongue so they had to be cut to shorter lengths and only used on the end of a run. I ordered 1500 square feet of unfinished select oak on a Tuesday and received it in Kansas on Friday. Nice people to work with. Pricing is very competitive. Would not hesitate to order from them again.
