NO customer service & ignores product warranty. When our LVP, purchased from the Raleigh store, began to break in several areas after only 6 months, an AmPro rep came to our home to assess. Our calls to him, Ben, to Daniel, the Raleigh manager, to Larry, the Pineville manager, were NEVER returned. We have learned since that our 5.5 mm LVP has been discontinued, replaced with 6mm. We were sold an outdated substandard product, for which the 20 year warranty was ignored. Now we have to replace all of our flooring!
