Jim was extremely professional and was able to come on a very short notice. He took care of the short in the electrical, installed the correct parts and had everything done in less than an hour. I would highly recommend American Pump and Well.

I went to the store to get a part I thought was the issue with my system. Bob was there and helped me figure out it was much more then I originally thought. This was around 2 on a Friday. Jim and Jake loaded up and came straight out to my property and replaced my pump and wiring into the night time to get our water back on that day. I cannot recommend them enough. Jim and Jake were both fantastic and worked non stop to get it done.

When our pump went out late at night i called and the owner was amazing walked us through a couple things to see if we could get it running. Had people at my house the next morning at 8:30am and they were great and very helpful. They walked us through what needed to be done and have been great to work with. Will use in the future, but hope it will be a long while!

When there is no water, everyone looks to dad to have an answer. I looked to Thomas Drilling and they made me look like a hero. I found the issue was a capacitor in the well control box, at 6pm on a Saturday. I called, they had it in stock and met me there. Water was back after only 2 hours being out. Thank you!
