American Red Ball Worldwide Movers Inc

This was a military move with the US Army - Germany to NC. The packers were careless, did not pack our items well and ALOT of items were "missing" even stuff taken out of sealed boxes. Submitted our claim and they drag their feet at each and every step. Disregarding the agreement they made with the US Government pertaining to how long they have to respond and to get items inspected and to respond again to counter offers ect. Over 50K worth of damaged and missing items and they want to offer 6K. I have even cc'ed the supervisor of the person who is handling our claim and no response from them either. Unprofessional, dishonest and very poor customer service. The US government should blacklist them as movers for our military.

As the apartment manager I will never allow these people on my property again! Rude, unwilling to follow our property rules including no smoking. They were going to refuse to move my military family to their new location because I would not allow them to block my residents in and had them move 50 feet further down. The military should look again at using them. Our troops deserve better then rude, wimpy movers that have no common sense or respect.

There was a gentleman, who was an owner operator via Red Ball, his name was Carneal Addison. If l tell you that man was a God-send. He and his crew moved my family and they arrived on time, packed our home from top to bottom timely, and moved us to our new home across state. I highly recommend Mr. Addison for all your moving needs. Very honest, reliable, and professional. Thank you Red Ball and Mr. Addison for a job well-done! #keepontruckin'

This is by far the worst moving company there is! The air force will never work with them again, and if our military can't work with them neither should you. The truck got here at 10 this morning and has just been sitting there for over an hour, no movers in sight. We called the company and of course no answer. Being a pcs move, it's a liability issue if we were to move anything off the truck ourselves, so we are literally sitting here looking at our furniture in he truck. Moving from alaska to utah was 10 times easier and better executed than this train wreck from utah to illinois. What an awful company. Would give .01 stars. Update: they are officially blacklisted by the air force.

Horrible!!! Once my stuff arrived I found my kids bedroom sets had been infested with bed bugs. Now I have to replace all my kids furniture for there rooms. Wherever they are storing or transporting our stuff in needs to ensure that it is properly sanitized.
