American Reliable Services

I had shower cartridge replaced. They are pretty responsive on customer request but I don’t think it is properly installed or it is wrong size cartridge. There is a gap and it is not stable when you turn the handle. FYI, anyone received fraud call claiming they are from American Reliable Services said there are balance amount? I paid $325 for replacing a shower cartridge upon completion of the service which is the price determined before the order. But there is one number keep calling me.

Dave is the best. I have yet to meet anyone besides David that follows up making sure that my heater is still working properly after repair. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. Impeccable service! Thank you! !!!

George from American Reliable Services was a life saver! My AC was went out on the hottest day of the year and the company was able to send George as his last call of the day, after when most repair services would be closed. He quickly identified the problem, sourced the part and would not leave until the job was complete and our AC was restored! Price was fair considering the last minute nature of the job. I would absolutely use George and the company again! They are thoughtful, courteous and confident in their work. 5 stars!

I had found American Reliable Services on google when I was in a plumbing emergency at my hair salon, they were the only ones that were able to come out within 30 minutes of my call. My water heater had a major damage and the water was all over the place, so it had to be replaced so the salon could be operating and up and running. David and his team came out and guided me to buy a more efficient water heater that will have a longer lifetime and a better warranty. Thanks to them we are up and running in no time.
