We worked with American Renovations to replace the roof and siding on our house after a hail damage. Our insurance company denied the claim multiple times, and my husband and I were ready to give up. But Jeremy didn’t quit—he kept fighting for us for 10 months and finally got it approved! He is an excellent communicator and he is very professional and knowledgeable. We truly appreciated his persistence and professionalism. George and the crew did an excellent job with the installation—everything looks great, and they were professional and efficient. They together are a great team.We are very happy with the result and We highly recommend American Renovations!

George and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with! They really went above and beyond to help with our home repairs. The exterior of our house and roof looked amazing afterwards. I worked with them to assist me with a long-standing insurance claim for hail damage. The folks at American Renovation worked with me throughout the entire process and worked diligently to ensure that everything that was damaged would get covered through insurance. Construction disruption was minimal and they cleaned every square inch of my property from any nails or roof debris. They also replaced any screens that got torn during the process. I am very impressed by the professionalism of this company and crew and would use them again in a heartbeat. I rarely write reviews and when I do it's either a company went above and beyond or their service was horrible, but American Renovation was definitely a positive experience. We started our claim back in June 2023 with State Farm and between George and Jeremy they were constantly going to battle for u.s to get our roof and siding approved and replaced. It took about 15 months but they finally got the claims approved and went to work on October 3rd on the roof, started the siding on the 4th and finished on the 5th and did the gutters on the 9th. So in under a week we had our entire house completed and it looks amazing! I highly recommend using this company and I will definitely use them again if I need to in the future. *Before pic is the reddish-brown color, after is the blueish-grey*
