Jake and his crew along with my insurance company did a phenomenal job getting everything completed on my new roof. The old roof was 21 years old and had plenty of leaks in it. My house looks amazing with the change of color of the roof. No longer do I have leaks or the ugly streaks! Thanks again!

ARC was recommended to me by a friend of mine who buys and sells historic homes. I had several other roofers turn me down because I had several other roofers turn me because my roof was over 100 years old. After the first conversation with Jake, I knew I was in good hands!

I contacted this company in June to repair my roof. We had to sign a contract that I wouldn't get anyone else to work on my roof. It was November before they finally contacted me for payment. They asked for more than my insurance gave us or quoted for the repair. As of the middle of December, I have not received a phone call or any other contact from this company. It felt like the second they got the money I didn't exist. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I just want my money back so I can find someone to fix my roof. I'm tired of waiting for nothing. I would consider this business to be in breach of the contract they made me sign. I wouldn't trust them.

Truly unprofessional in all of their dealings. My wife hired this firm right before we got married. The company drafts contracts that are misleading and unclear. The started work and they do not complete. The company damaged window wraps while replacing siding and does not want to pay for what they damaged. The company could not complete a simple paint job. Do not use this company. They talk a good game, but once they have your money they won't call you back. We are reporting them to the Ohio Attorney General's fraud division and the Better Business Bureau.

This is an updated review as of 2/21/21. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. With in a span of 6 month there have been two leaks on a completely brand new roof. One was more minor, but should not have happened. When trying to get the leak repaired it took 3 months for any one to come out and fix the issue, with multiple promises of "this week". Once someone did show up after weeks of no contact, the workers knocked and started looking in the window, which lead to the cops being called and present for about two hours. Again, the owner DID NOT notify anyone in the residence that anyone would be at the house. Today we found leak number two that has damaged the interior of a newly renovated home.
