Mark, who happens to be the owner of the company, was very attentive and genuine. The quality of the service was top notch and he himself came to inspect the work being done and to work on the installation and duct cleaning. He even offered to bring window units to hold us over until we could replace the unit altogether and complete the service. I am very happy that my mom has clean and quality air to breathe and that we can count on Mark to receive the best care when it comes to the A/C. Check out the before and after.
