American Security & Lock responded and was en route to assist with a key replacement for my luxury SUV (which uses a proximity key that you wouldn’t think a key could be made for via a mobile service) within five minutes of my key being lost. I used American Security and Lock Inc. today, and honestly, they were great. They picked up the phone right away, gave me the price upfront, asked all the right questions—like what kind of vehicle I had—so there was no confusion. I had a bad experience with another locksmith company before, where I showed up and they thought I was bringing my own key, and I thought they were providing it. Total mess. But these guys were clear from the start. When I got there, the whole thing took maybe 10 minutes. They made two keys for my Ford Transit 150, no problem. So if you’re looking for fast service, fair pricing, and solid quality, I definitely recommend them.
