We were having an issue with a fairly new dishwasher not draining. I called American services appliance repair and from the beginning to the end it was a great experience. They kept in contact with us like they said they would and when the technician Alex showed up he was very personable, and respectful. He fixed the issue which thankfully was just a clogged hose. He could of said it needed a new discharge pump but he was honest. I will definitely use them again when needed and I highly recommend them.

We would highly recommend American Service. We received an appointment for the next day! They arrived on time and quickly repaired our Maytag Dryer. Alex was courteous and professional. He even put on booties before entering our home. If you need an appliance repair, you MUST call them!

My experience with American Service was excellent! from the person who took my emergency call to Josh the technician who was able to do the repair and the installation of the new part for my aging Viking refrigerator. I have used American Service before and have been very pleased with their service. They even send a picture and name of the service person who will be coming.
