I had the pleasure of working with Ramon Rodriguez and if I could give him 10 stars I would. He was extremely pleasant to work with and was very reassuring which made me feel like he genuinely cared about the issues we were having with our heating system. He was timely and had excellent communication before, during and after the project which was wonderful especially when we are all use to large appointment windows and zero communication on when they are will arrive at our house. Contacted them to inquire about a problem I had with my water heater, they didn't have the OEM part I inquired about, but they were responsive and were willing to come out to see if there something else that would work. In the meantime I decided to simply replace the water heater because it was already about 10 years old.

I have been a customer for three years now. They were recommended to me and I am quite happy they were. I feel very comfortable with their level of expertise and professionalism.
