We had a new furnace installed yesterday and today we had natural gas heater installed in our garage. Both installations were done professionally and currently are working great. What I appreciated was when I had questions about the installation, Duelle and Chad more than glad to take the time to answer them completely.

I have been a customer of American Sheet Metal for several years. Each fall they clean and check my furnace and air conditioning systems. They used to do it in the spring and fall, but after the second appointment they said once a year would be adequate. That type of honest customer care is rare and that's one reason why I am a loyal customer. Also, their staff are always friendly, professional and punctual. Oh, and if they can't be on time, they call ahead to let me know. It's only happened once, but I deeply appreciate that they respect my time. They always deliver top notch customer service.

Andrew and American Sheet Metal were great to work with. We added a whole house humidifier and a fan for the gas fireplace. Andrew the installer did a great job. Andrew kept us informed on what he was doing during the install and after everything was finished he explained everything that was done and how to maintain the humidifier.

In speaking with Kim and Koy, I felt I was a part of the family! They were very professional, helpful and had my better interest. Their communication and follow through was awesome.

Andrew was excellent: he fixed and cleaned our gas fireplace: it has never worked and looked this good!! I highly recommend American Sheet Metal for ALL things heating and cooling!
