Great experience with American Shield and Jon Lamson. Excellent customer service from start to finish. They showed up when they said they would, were reasonably priced, worked nonstop and cleanup was great. The new roof looks amazingly. Jon and Renee are incredible to work with. When we were house hunting, Jon came out quickly to look at a home with roof damage, even knowing we might not buy it. He gave us a fair estimate and honest, professional feedback that helped us make the right decision. They also pour so much into this community, especially our kids. Most are average, at best, but these guys go above and beyond in every way possible, from start to completion. They are helpful and knowledgeable of the product. I met the owner by complete chance while on vacation , we exchanged photos and videos of each others work (I’m also a roofer) and two things I can say about American Shield Roofing and its owner & his family. First off , the finished photos I saw were phenomenal ! You can just tell the dedication put in to perfecting their craft! Second & most importantly the owner and his family are beyond kind , courteous & all around genuine. Which is equally important in my opinion , you can instantly tell they’re good people & the best people to buy from are those who CARE about others.
