March 2025 Craig and his crew did a great job of solving our rat infestation in the attic.His crew was very professional and completely the job quickly and efficiently. A month later his employee James came out 2x because we were hearing noises. James went up on each visit and made photos to show us that there was no new evidence of rats.The second time he identified poop from iguanas and birds on the roof. The noises we heard were from the animals walking on the roof. Again, we thank Craig for excellent customer service.

Craig and his team are professional, hard working, and have integrity. Craig is very knowledgeable in his profession and was willing to listen to my opinion, be open to different solutions to problems, answer questions, and correct issues that arise during the work. Hiring American Insulation and Rodent Solutions was the best decision we made in our quest to rid our attic of rodents. We had been through many companies during this awful time and not one promised to get rid of these pesky rodents, they all trapped , but never got rid of the underlying problem, but Craig Stern did! He was always professional and did what he said he would do. We had already been through three companies and spent a lot of money until we found out about Craig. He found out where they were coming in and fixed the problem. We had mold in our home because the home was not sealed and water started coming in. We had a mold test and hired a remediation company. Mold was also found around our AC unit and all on the plenum and ceiling. American Insulation and Rodent were highly recommended. Craig and Brandon came to our home to perform an inspection. Our home was built in 1990 and the ducting was from that time plus our insulation was not the best. With old ducts, there was moisture from the cold air that was also causing issues with our insulation. Craig and Brandon suggested for our health we needed to have new ducting, insulation, and a new AC unit because air quality in the home was not good.
