American Sprinkler

I have been a customer since 2019 without any bad experiences until today. Booked my yearly winterization and was told over the phone $65. Get my bill and it shows $90. I call to inquire and was told it should not be $90 but $85. Could not tell me why I was told $65 nor honor the $65. $90 is absurd when both of my neighbors are paying $60. I will be looking elsewhere from here on out.

Ron and Cody came out today to help me with my sprinkler situation.. It was my first time using american sprinklers.. I can't say enough about the guys that came out and got my system Working great. Got the appointment scheduled quickly. And efficiently they worked.I would recommend american sprinklers if you need assistance with your system. Top notch company and workers. Thanks Ron and Cody. I wanted you add too my review Jerry and Joe came out today because I got a $675.00 water bill. There was a problem.with a large leak in my system. This company and there guys are very knowledgeable and fair in price. If I could give the 5+ stars I would. If you need a irrigation company I would have to say go with American because you won't be sorry..

I had an appointment scheduled for June 25, 2025, between 1:00–5:00 PM. At 4:58 PM, Ron called to inform me that he wouldn't be able to make it and that the office would reschedule me for the following week. We had waited over a month for this appointment, and I spent the entire day waiting—only to be canceled on at the very last minute. No call or reschedule either after the abrupt cancellation. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company; a complete waste of time. UPDATE: I received some texts from Ron, who thought what he did was funny! Sending me laughing bit emojis and thumbs up. Also, claims not to even recall what he did. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

So glad that American Sprinkler came out to service my sprinkler system that hadn't run for 7 years. They showed up early and worked quickly. After never having a sprinkler system I was hesitant about what the final bill would be after the service call, but was at ease knowing that they had replaced everything that needed to be replaced, and it was extremely affordable. I'll continue to use American Sprinkler as long as they're around. Thank you so much!
