We had a wonderful experience with American Stair and Rail Artisans from first meeting Steve and then working with Renee in the showroom where she helped us select our new railings. Alex installed them in one day. He was so neat and meticulous and did a beautiful job. We are very happy and would definitely recommend American Stair and Rail Artisans.

We would definitely recommend American Stair & Rail Artisans in the future. From the very beginning when Steve came to give us a quote we felt very comfortable. He was able to guide us through our options and the process. It really helped that they had a showroom that we could visit so we could actually touch and feel as well as see it. In fact, we completely changed our initial selection to a different style hand rail and spindles. Loren was extremely helpful here. And dealing with Renee for everything else was great. She was extremely helpful and really made the process smooth. We originally met with Steve who went over all the details of replacing & adding to our railing. We had Alex come & do the install within 2 wks, which was great. We are beyond thrilled with our rails! From the in-home consultation to our visit to the showroom to our installation - every step of the process was easy, friendly and professional. Steven came and measured and spent as much time as we needed to discuss options and address our concerns. Renee was super friendly and helpful in the showroom - I’m terrible at making decisions - she helped us hone in on what we wanted and never rushed us. Lauren in the office is great too - our calls were always answered immediately. Finally, installation was flawless - Alex is a master craftsman - his work is impeccable.
