American Standard Painting

I am upset I have to write a review like this as I see many positive reviews listed by previous homeowners. However, that was not our experience. Our HVAC system went out when Matt's crew was working on our property. I was informed by a painter 2 days after it went out when I randomly showed up to check on the progress. Why were we not informed the day it happened? Matt was unable to provide any insight as to what may have caused our HVAC system to go out, not because he didn't know but because he did not answer our phone calls or return our voicemails. During the initial walkthrough, I specifically asked if the areas behind our kitchen appliances would be painted to which I was assured everything would be taken care of. As you can see from the attached pictures, that was not the case. D

Unskilled painters. Poor workmanship. Matt did not look at work in person, to see what was being done, instead relied on pictures sent to him. I asked to paint turquoise wall white but can see turquoise through the white on large walls such as living room. . Many corners and closet corners left turquoise after the second walk through. I paid just to get rid of him! Would never recommend this company to anyone.

Awesome office staff and great paint crews. The price wasn’t the cheapest but the experience was the smoothest be had with a contractor company. Will definitely refer to all my friends and neighbors!

Matt’s crew arrived early each day and completed the job in two days with very short notice. They painted my two bedrooms and two bathrooms, my kitchen, dining room, living room, sunroom, closets, trim, and doors. They did exactly what we spoke about and a little more. Matt even helped me with a housekeeper to clean my home. Thank you so much for the amazing job. Highly recommend this company. Used them in 2017 for a few interior rooms and was so pleased that we asked that they bid on this job. From Matt the salesman who explained everything in detail to the outside crew Vlad, Vin and Mike and the crew that painted the kitchen, Jeff and Alex. Jeff and Alex were very careful and did an awesome job in the kitchen. The outside crew though, Mike worked very hard and did an amazing job of covering everything up from door knobs to dead bolts to outside light fixtures and they also covered all the windows. There were issues that came up due to another contractor that had installed windows and Matt's crew was very understanding about giving the time to have the other company come back and fix their problems. The price was more than reasonable and the
