This wonderful man came and cleaned the carpet of a very messy residents room, that we just knew would have to be replaced. It looked almost brand new whe he was done. Of all the carpet cleaning services we have hired, this man beat them all and was so reasonably priced! He was kind, and wonderful with the other residents. He was quick and he was thorough. This was my first time using American Pro cleaners Dennis did an amazing job with my beautiful turquoise couch.He was professional and even arrived early which almost never happens with other businesses as everyone knows so as an on-time kind of gal, I completely appreciate punctuality. I contacted American Steam Pros to clean an entire basement with multiple rooms and heavy soil. After reaching out, Dennis immediately contacted me back and went over pricing (very reasonable and fair) and was able to schedule me the next day. He arrived early, and went right to work. I am overly happy with his work, especially with his speed and attention to detail. It immediately erased years of soil and old basement smell stuck in the fibers. On top of his work, his customer service was even better. He clearly communicated everything to me and was very knowledgeable about the cleaning agent used. Overall, I highly recommend Dennis and American Steam Pros and will absolutely use them in the future.
