I've used this company for several electrical issues. The techs have always been very professional and INFORMATIVE. I'm the type of customer who is always asking questions during a job because I like to UNDERSTAND what's going on and how is it being fixed and NEVER ONCE has it been an issue. All of my questions have been courteously answered in layman's terms. In fact, I've learned a lot of helpful tips and tricks to use in the process. This business should be shut down,, and will be reported to the board for faulty wiring and unprofessional work that could have burned my house down .. The owner at the time I hired him agreed to complete this project but makes every excuse as to how busy he is and had the audacity to tell me “at the time I hired him he was scrambling for work, but now he has a few projects he doesn’t feel the need to answer the phone and complete the work he initially on contract agreed to … “I was shocked to hear a business owner who has been paid to do a job say that to a. Client “ . His work is very subpar and he lies constantly just to get you off the phone when you question him about the scope of work he performed . Terrible business..did electrical work in our bathroom and ran exposed wires all over the attic and refuses to fix it...messed up our electrical panel...big fire hazzard. Reporting him to BBB and suing.
