Mr Khatri , Let me set the record straight, since you have maliciously crucified my company. First I denied doing your install because your carpet has been wet multiple times due to your sprinkler WHICH HAS NO BEARING ON AMERICAN TILE. In fact I fixed your carpet the first time you had water damage for free of charge. These reviews are made to give honest opinions. You and the other three people that you have requested to join you in this attempt to defile my business name fail to tell the entire story and they have never had an interaction with our company. I find it hard to believe that at the same time all of these people posted negative comments about my company. My wife and I were referred to American Tile by a very good plumber for our bathroom rehab project. They were very helpful and patient during our selection process but really impressed with the quality of the installation. Their crew were true artisans, absolutely beautiful workmanship and finished project.

We have worked with the team @ American Tile & Marble on multiple projects since 2012. At our last home, they handled new kitchen flooring and multiple bathroom remodeling projects. The most recent project we completed with them was a subway tile kitchen backsplash at our new home. The quality of their materials & overall workmanship is fantastic, as we have come to expect, and my wife and I couldn't be happier. Thank you!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Carpet padding began to separate within months of installation. After trying to call them about the issue, they REFUSED to come our to check the problem. I had to call our builder out to take a look at the issue. THE PADDING WAS SEPARATED. It's not rocket science. They kept saying that it was a foundation issue and they didn't know what the padding separated. As a customer, you just want the problem fixed. They dragged their feet, failed to return phone calls. Absolutely horrible. With the plethora or carpet/flooring places in the area, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Had the the pleasure of driving behind a driver in my neighborhood who proceeded to curse me and my children out. Guy drove and early 2000's Ford E series van. He had glasses and a goatee. Not only did my children hear him, but the neighbors had a wonderful view of this man leaning out the truck cursing. With your lettering and number written down every side of the van. I feel sorry for your company and your poorly trained worker. I don't want to see him around my house again.
