American Tub & Tile Refinishing

We recently remodeled our upstairs bathroom, which still had a vintage 70’s Avocado green tub. Steve refinished it, and now it has a beautiful bright-white finish. It looks amazing! He’s very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. The job was done quickly, and he was careful to mask off the entire area, and left no trace. The tub looks brand-new! I highly recommend this company.

Although the contract states there is a 3 year warranty, the owner, Steve Carlson, does not return messages to even come back to look at the problem areas. To be fair, he did make an appointment one time and rescheduled for a time when I had to cancel. I’ve been trying for 1 1/2 years to get this taken care of. In short, he does a less than satisfactory job and does not honor the warranty. Edited to add, he called and said he’ll come look at the tub, but ONLY if I remove the review. I don’t respond well to threats. I’ll find someone else to do the job I paid him to do.

Excellent work. Looks like I have a new bath tub. Great customer service. Highly recommended. Reliable service with a reasonable price for outstanding work.
