American Twin Mover

I had a horrible moving business experience. When they eventually arrived, some of my products were damaged after the delivery was repeatedly delayed. Customer support acted dismissively and without response. The whole procedure was a pain in the neck, and the lack of professionalism was obvious. This business is purely profit-driven and obviously uses phony five-star reviews to hide their subpar service. If you value your time and possessions, stay away from them.

I had a horrible experience with this moving company (Maryland to North Carolina) . I heard wonderful things about the company and a friend of mine had recommended it. I booked a date several weeks in advance and paid the deposit. The person I spoke with NEVER mentioned that it could take up to 2 weeks for my things to be delievered in another state. NEVER. I would never have booked. I did not find out until the day of my pick-up when it was causally mentioned. I was charged double for an expedited delivery (next day delivery). I was leaving the country so needed my things in a timely manner. I was very angry with this company. Even after being charged double, the one of the movers asked for a tip which i thought was poor taste. Of course I was planning to tip anyway because I appreciated

if timing and reliability is a concern, which during a move probably are, do not use this company. the movers were scheduled to arrive between 8am and 9am. the manager added this is the best time as the movers would be fresh. with all other logistics scheduled around that time, rental truck, other helping hands, arrival at final destination, i felt comfortable. MISTAKE. When 9:30 arrived and still no movers or even a call from the company. They finally arrived at 10:40am. Management and the movers confessed they decided to do another move before mine despite my time lock and deposit. DO NOT USE OR TRUST. They will mess up your move.

I hired this excellent American Twin Mover. The moving team arrived on time and started working right away. The moving team was respectful and professional. They did a great job and delivered all the items in pristine condition. It was flat rate pricing and was competitive with all the other quotes we got. I would surely recommend them for any move.

SCAMERS, CHEATERS, This is not a moving company. 4 cheaters working in team! On phone they gave me total amount 700$ total moving quote for 2 bedroom. They took my bank card information charged 150$ next day they came on time but worked very slow. They damaged all furnitures, enterance door, walls, elevator, everything. End of the day they showed me another amount wich is i have to pay. 1000$ more. And without my autorization and signature they charged that amoun from my card. Tomorrow i'll dispute this amount. DONT GIVE YOUR CARD INFORMATiON TO THiS CHEATERS! THEY WILL THEFT YOUR MONEY! TREVOR IS THE HEAD OF THIS SCAM TEAM!
