They worked diligently to make sure everything went smoothly and that we were satisfied throughout the process. Their entire team worked tirelessly to mitigate the water damage in our kitchen and was clearly very well trained. Everyone we interacted with was professional, empathetic, and highly knowledgeable. Andrew came out the morning after our pipe broke. He was great. Very nice and knowledgeable. Did an inital assessment and told us we needed to have someone come out and dig deeper into the damage and remove anything that could cause more damage to the house. Donald came out less than an hour after Andrew did. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He accessed the damage and got everything taken out that needed to go. Also taped down trouble areas since we have kids and dogs running around. As of now we are being told the bill will go to our insurance company and that American Water will handle communicating everything to our insurance company. So far, given what we are dealing with, American Water has been great!
