American Water Damage of Houston

I do not recommend this company!!! They talked a good game with promises of great service. They were very unorganized with little concern regarding damaging furniture and storing it properly. There was a rush to get it done, and once they collected the funds, it was hard reaching them for anything. When it was time to return the product, there was no planning involved, and very few things were labeled, leaving boxes of product in rooms. They sent one guy to replace the contents of the entire home (Rico), when a team of 5 or 6 is needed, claiming that one guy quit, which wouldn’t have made a difference. Rico was kind and did the best he could, but it was too much for one person. Luckily my Public Adjuster (Joshua Harris) showed up and took over the project due to American Water Damage’

Joshua and Rico were very professional and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company in the future. They were well mannered and never complained about all the hard work and clean up these 2 men endured. Neat and tidy is how the Boiler room was left once these 2 men completed their work! This was my first time experience a water loss Joshua and his team came out here quickly and assessed the damages. Help me find the best way to solve my problem and dried out my property. Before they even removed the affected materials, they set up a plastic room to prevent dust from going to the rest of my house. I highly recommend American Water Damage for any water, fire, or mold loss. 10/10 experience highly recommend Joshua and his team.

I appreciate how fast Joshua woods came out. He was supper friendly, professional, and well mannered. He was able to start right away assisting me in filing a claim and completing the job the same night. I would highly recommend American water damage to anyone.
