Overall, I had a good experience working with AWR. They did the remediation, demolition, pack in/out, and reconstruction on my condo after a flooding from the unit above me required a full gut reno on my place over the course of 5-6 months. They showed up within hours of the accident, took extensive pictures, immediately remediated, and worked well with my insurance adjuster. Admittedly, they were a bit quick to try to get me to sign various contracts with them for all the different scopes of work, but when I asked them to give me some more time to think about it, they were respectful of my space and I ultimately proceeded with them based on their good reviews on google and yelp. American Water Restoration saved the day!! My condo was flooded and AWR was recommended to me from an emergency plumber. So glad I was referred to this company. They helped walk me through everything! Helped me make a claim with my insurance, communicated and sent my insurance everything that was needed! The crew that showed up to help pack, do the demolition and the reconstruction were all very professional and kind. I have been so impressed with the quality of their work.
