Jason Swanson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what to do with our slightly bowed wall in the basement. He gave us several options and they were all more affordable compared to the other companies we got quotes from. Jason was able to measure everything out and give us quotes and options that same day. Also, the work got scheduled quickly as well, in under two weeks! Overall, the experience with Jason and American Waterworks was great. If we have more issues in the future, Jason will definitely be our first call.

Darin responded to our request for an inspection of our crawl space in our basement and cement block cracks outside on the lower East wall. He was on time, listened to my concerns, thoroughly explained steps to correct our problems, including options. After his inspection, including measurements, photos and other needed information, we decided to connect via video conference where he explained company history and company operations, pictures of completing a crawl space project. Next he showed a breakdown of the three options, including a list of materials and the cost of each option. We recently had our concrete driveway pad leveled (PolyLEVEL) and Sealed by American Waterworks. The pad had settled a bit over the years creating an annoying bump pulling in and out of the garage. We had used a mudjacking alternative company a number of years ago and learned the hard way that it was not a permanent solution for us. The concrete pads had sunk again with big empty voids underneath the slabs. The 2 component expanding rigid foam used by American Waterworks is fundamentally different and cannot be washed or eroded away. I am confident that it will stand the test of time and AW stands behind their work with a 3 yr warranty. Signed a contract with American Waterworks today after Justin Mundahl had stopped by for the second time, at my request, to discuss my driveway concrete leveling project with me. After receiving 3 estimates I decided to go with AW because I found Justin to be very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and patient with my questions. He was an excellent representative for the company. In addition to explaining exactly what would be done to fix my cracked and sunken driveway in front of my 3rd stall, he also pointed out some issues with my main driveway that made complete sense and what would be needed to fix the issue so I would not experience the same problem I was now having to fix in front of the 3rd stall. We just had our cement driveway lifted from the street to the garage. Big project. The crew did an excellent job! Very pleasant and hard working 2-man crew! They lifted and leveled the cement slabs that needed it AND stabilized all the others! Many thanks to Project Manager, Justin Mundahl, for his excellent communication throughout the process.
