American Waterworks

Our experience was dreadful. Guy came out did estimate to replace 5 window wells and went over everything told me what I need to do before they came. Went great. Scheduled for end of fall/spring of the next year. North Dakota manager calls and asks if they can move it up 2 weeks they have a 2 day opening. Originally was scheduled for a full week. I asked what happens of they don't get done in 2 days? Response we will figure it out. 2 days go by and they just have the old dug out. So I ask that the forman if they usually do these and his response was ( not my crew we usually do other things but this should be okay and this should be a week job not 2 days) They go to start puttitng new wells in and have the wrong bolts so have to take several hours to go get new bolts. Our yard is a disaste

It was an amazing experience. My crew that came and did the work were amazing. They were very professional and the end result was great

I am very very impressed, the team that came to my house was Nanga, Julio, Musafiri, and Morgan. They were so nice and did an amazing job in a few days less then expected. They had a lot of work to do with foundation support and waterproofing of the whole basement so I didn't expect them to get it done this quick and have it looking so good. When I realized the walls were shifting in in our basement and we needed to do something and I called them. Dylan came out and did an assessment and gave us some options. The system they use to fix the walls and support the house along with their waterproofing are state of the art. I highly recommend this team to anyone needing similar work.

Awesome 🤩 was/is James Nelson, Design Specialist with American Waterworks, out of the Fargo, ND office was absolutely wonderful to work with. (Really this Company has impressed us from the beginning!) always quick to respond and very patient…. There was zero pressure …. no pushy sales tactics at all — just good information, very clear explanations, and genuine care. He took the time to answer questions, explain good options, and made us feel comfortable and valued as people, not just potential customers. From the very beginning, And even now after James has been yet kind and incredibly understanding of our situation. Unfortunately We are not able to move forward with our basement project at this time, and James has showed nothing but grace and respect about that. No doubt that James is

We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. All were professional, well informed and pleasant. Our working crew was the best. Nanga, Alexis and Richard. I have rental.houses and this is my second experience with them. If necessary for future houses, I would chose them again.
