American Window Company provided us with excellent service and high-quality new windows. They also introduced us to Gallery Shutters for our plantation shutters. Tim visited to answer all our questions and helped us make the perfect choice for our home. Using the precise measurements supplied by American Window Company, our shutters were constructed and installed in less than two weeks! We are over the moon with the results. The shutters add a modern feel to our home, and the trim we chose perfectly complements the style of our condo. Thank you to both companies for an excellent experience—all within a very reasonable budget!

So glad I found Danny and his team! I had been looking around for a little while and as soon as Danny came over for my quote I knew American window was the right choice. Danny is amazing! My client ordered a pretty expensive door, but unfortunately delivery fell through the cracks. Lisa played dumb and offered no solutuons what so ever, bringing unwarranted cost to my client. A company with integrity would of offered a solution and taken blame. I would think three times before purchasing from here. Continuation i went to pick up my clients newly purchased front door, the picture provided shows how they wanted me to take it, lisa said thats how American Windows recieves and delivers its product . I declined the door and urging my client to get a refund. Part 2 Jesus just reached out to me, i advised that my client wants a refund and he said it was up to the manufacturer if they didnt refund American Windows then American windows would not refund my client.
