I had a great experience working with Ralph on a garage door replacement. Throughout the process, Ralph was great on educating me to ensure what I was buying would meet my needs. This was a far better experience compared to other vendors I've worked with/attempted to work with over the years. Because Ralph was patient, I was able to get exactly what was needed vs what was convenient for the vendor (my prior experience with other vendors). The installation was done with a lot of care, something I appreciate given I had a bad experience with my prior garage door/vendor. Also, Ralph was very accommodating, trying to get my installation done ASAP. Overall, I highly recommend him!

My garage door spring broke. I contacted America’s Garage Door and spoke with Ralph. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was here the next day to make the repair. He was very thorough and noticed the rollers had some visible damage so he replaced them and adjusted everything. The garage door works great and is smoother and quieter than it was before the spring broke. I highly recommend America’s Garage Door.
