America's Home Place - Brunswick GA

We’re excited to be getting started on building our new home and wanted to share how great the experience has been so far with America’s Home Place. From the first meeting to choosing our floor plan and picking out design options, everything has felt smooth and well organized, as Amanda has a wealth of knowledge and experience in this area. The Amanda and Julie have been easy to work with, quick to answer questions, and really helpful in guiding us through decisions. They helped us by providing homes in the area for us to tour. They also gave us an opportunity to hear from previous buyers who shared their building experience with America’s Home Place. Both of these helped us make a decision to build with AHP. This experience could have been overwhelming but has actually been enjoyable.

We had a fantastic experience building with AHP in Brunswick, and I wouldn’t hesitate to build with Kevin and his team again. From start to finish, the process was seamless, professional, and—most impressively—completed ahead of schedule. A special shout-out to Heath Moore, our builder, who truly went above and beyond. His communication was excellent, keeping us informed from land clearing to the final walkthrough. He even saved us from a design mishap by catching a stain color that didn’t fit our scheme, allowing us to pivot without delaying the project. We just started the process to have our house built by AHP, with our finalization just finishing up. So far our experience has been great, with relatively low stress. They want to make you happy, with the exception of interior paint 😆🫣 which in reality is minimal. Everyone in the Brunswick office is great, answering all our questions with detail. We will update as the build progresses.

Americas home place is a great place that makes great custom homes. After going through the whole proccess and living in it for a year now im very happy with the final result. I am very happy with how they take care of any small issues that I did have. We had our one year inspection and the inspector said my house and the few houses by americas home place that he has inspected, he has not found any major issues like he does with other builders. Everyone in the office has made the transition enjoyable. I would recommend them and in fact im concidering having some more built for rentals that I can pass on to my kids later.
