They tried to charge me for a service call that was supposed to be free under warranty. Had to argue for 30 minutes.

I've used other companies and none had the courtesy promptness or time management that the technician with Cactus exhibited. I'm very grateful to Dan and Cactus Plumbing for their service and highly recommend them. If possible ask for Dan. He really made the experience and showed off the company in a great light I am very happy with their services.
