The technician, Ryan, was very knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of trying to fix my old system versus completely replacing it. He even suggested that if my budget allowed, it would be wise to replace the furnace simultaneously. They were thorough in answering all my questions and concerns. They provided me with detailed quotes for servicing the existing system and doing a complete replacement. Called and scheduled an appointment for the next day. The guy said a tech would come out and be to my house between 10-3. By 3pm nobody had shown up. So I called the company back and was told the tech called me three times in the morning and left a voicemail and because I didn’t answer he moved on to another city way out from mine. I asked for him to confirm my number to see if it was written down wrong on their end and he said he couldn’t even do that. I understand mistakes happen, but to be so unorganized as a company is just ridiculous and sad!!
