What we were told would be a 20-30 min appt to get a quote turned into a 1.5 hr appt where the sales rep kept refusing to leave. We had Todd as our sales rep and he was rude to me from the beginning, kept speaking to me as though I was stupid, and over the course of the appt he kept making racial comments that were totally unnecessary. I left the room for a different appt and apparently he was saying/asking various racial comments to my husband such as asking him about "her language" despite me speaking English fluently and never mentioning knowing any other language. After he gave the quote he kept refusing to leave until I was done with my appt and my husband practically had to kick him out. They're also one of those companies that will quote ridiculous amounts for their product but if

The quality of the product seems good, but the initial contact is super aggressive, borderline harassment. 3 people called us within 5 minutes Once the rep came out all they did was talk bad about our property. I assume they use sales tactics to make you feel insecure about your home so you'll upgrade. Thing is. The home is a complete rehab. We needed repairs and we told them that is all we want. They quoted us for full replacement of about 100sqft on the second story of our home fore 45k. We are reaching out to other companies that will only replace what is necessary and keep their opinions of the shape of the home to themselves.
