The brokerage company (Tortoise and Hare Logistics) hired our company to move two loads with incorrect dimensions causing the shipping department to turn our trucks away wasting time, driver pay, fuel, ect. When told the broker stated that we the carrier didn’t explain our equipment and refused to acknowledge their mistake and refused financial responsibility. This shipper should utilize more professional brokerage firms who understand the logistics business and stop using brand new brokers new to the industry. This is why carriers refuse to work with great shipping facilities due to the lies and theft from the barrel bottom brokerages. Say no to Tortoise and Hare Logistics!

Their drivers are not safe road rage. I was traveling northbound on Loop 12. They proceeded to enter onto the freeway and run me over which I could not change lanes. I blew as a sign to let him know that I was there he proceeded and so I stopped barely missed me by a few inches, and then once I changed over into the middle lane and try to pass, he opened his door as if he was making a jester. I proceeded to go and change lanes in front of them when the escort sped up as if he was going to hit me the escort fell back in the driver of the oversize 18 wheeler sped up as if he was gonna hit me. I change lines again, and they kept acting like they kept coming over into my lane trying to force me into another lane to wreck out. Got here to deliver a load of 12 pallets, been sitting for over 2 hours and still not unloaded. Forklift drivers just look at me and drive on buy like I'm not here.

Great people, they unloaded me fast and i went on my way fast
