I have used them in harford and anne arundel counties. prompt service great job trimming branches that were over the roof. removed all debris respectful of property. Office manager Char was a pleasure taking care of my concerns very helpful. Definitely recommend and will use again

I had 2 trees taken down and branches trimmed on other trees. Tj and Joe were friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. They gave me a fair price. Their crew showed up when they said they would and did a great job in a quick amount of time. I am docking one star bc of one of the crew members. This person was playing w my soccer ball for 20 minutes, shooting it into my kids net as branches fell all around him and his coworkers were all working. Not a big deal, except then later he's taking his lunch break on my hvac unit as if it's his own personal table. I'm not a confrontational person. I didn't say anything but I stared him off of it. What really set me over the edge was all the cigarette butts I saw this person leave on my lawn. I spent the whole next day picking up his cigarette butts.

Very bad service. I had a tree cut down on 6/30/25 and they left my lawn a mess the foreman told me they would be back with fill dirt and fix the mess they made with their equipment. They never returned, I called the office and was told to send photos which I did do and called to follow up and was told they would call me back. I called several times after that and was told they are very busy with a big job and they would try and get someone back to fix the mess they made. Here I am a month later and nothing has been resolved, no call or anyone returning to access what is now even worse. This is really not good customer service avoid using this company.

The time from estimate to tree removal was so fast. Great communication. The crew that came to remove the tree was awesome. So polite and considerate. The clean up was way more than I expected. Thank you so much.

The Ameritee Team did a very good job. They arrived on time and worked on 3 trees efficiently and completed the work within the estimate time. The communication with the crew leader was good. They removed all limbs and branches. I was very satisfied with the work.
