I just renovated my apt and put in new floors. Last week I had a steady stream of water coming into my living room because the drain pipe froze and cracked on the roof. It was already soaking the floor and the rug, and the ceiling was buckling over the piano. BJ came right away and Luis and his crew came shortly afterwards. They didn’t waste a minute protecting my stuff, then they tore out the ceiling and the insulation, found the leak, and created a plastic funnel into a bucket which pumped water into the sink. They worked until 9 one day and came back at 8 the next morning. They left fans and a dehumidifier for several days. The men were helpful and efficient and kind. And they were very neat. My main contact, BJ, was excellent. He was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. His professionalism and attention to detail made a big difference during a tough situation. Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish! BJ came out within a few hours of my call to assess the damage from a pipe burst to my home. Next morning he had Carlos & his brother (sorry, forgot his name) to begin the work; such hard workers! BJ came back in a few days to check moisture levels and remove the fans & dehumidifier. I posted a picture on a local group asking if anyone could help with mold removal. It was late on a Saturday and immediately AMH contacted me to assist. BJ was at my house that Monday morning, and then he and his crew were back the very next day ready to go. By Friday of the same week the mold was all gone. All along the way they were all professional, courteous and just overall amazing to deal with. I am a first time homeowner who has never dealt with this before, and they made everything so easy from start to finish. To top it off, the price so much less than I anticipated!
