Amigo Laundry

The attendant with the gray hair is incredibly rude. Apparently Hes worked there for years. When I came the first time he lied and said he was the owner when I asked where the bathroom was. There’s no way Hes the owner being that rude. Second time I came he tried to explain how the card machine worked and made an obnoxious whistling sound while pointing to the directions which was peeling off the wall. It’s sad he so entitled to think he can treat ppl in such a rude manner. He charges $5 for the card to do laundry. We gave it to someone and walked out. I refused to give him anymore of my money. We won’t be back. I’d rather hand wash my clothes in the yard than deal with his rudeness.

This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. My clothes did not wash properly not just on the first cycle, but on the second cycle as well. When the washer finished, my clothes were still soaked and smelled strongly of mildew and mold. For the price being charged to wash, the quality of service is simply not worth it. I expected much better from a 24-hour laundromat and left very dissatisfied.

I frequently go to this laundromat every week and spend approximately $30 every time I go. Saturday that just passed approximately 10AM I had a problem with one of the washing machines it showed an error message on the LCD display. I proceeded to talk to the manager to let him know one of the machines wasn’t running properly. He had a nasty attitude like I was bothering him. He walked over to the machine, pressed a button and walked away without even acknowledging me at all. Well needless to say the machine was delayed and i had to wait for at least an extra 20 minutes. I have no other complaints about the laundry but if you have an attitude and have to deal with customers that’s a problem and i will reconsider coming to this establishment.

I tried to do laundry but the ATM only gives you $20 bill while the machine only takes $10 and $5 and are not coin operated machines like in the pictures,it's ridiculous

Everything is fine here, but the guy here He’s not good guy. He don’t know how to talk with Customer. if you don’t like here, work he can leave the job
