Amigo's Landscaping

Poor Finishing/Final grade. Laid sod on massive boulders less than a half inch below surface. They have 3.3 stars for a reason.

Arroyo Custom Homes subcontracted with Amigo's Landscaping. They left us with a major drainage problem and installed our Zoysia sod directly on top of clay soil with no topsoil and did not fine grade the lot properly to drain. We paid $1440 extra to upgrade to Zoysia over what the builder paid. All the foundation plants were placed in clay with mulch on top. Arroyo Custom Homes would not send them back out to fix the grading issues. Builder did not receive a certificate of completion from the neighborhood ARB. I would give them a ZERO star if that was an option. Pics attached:

Asked to be paid (more than quoted) before finishing the job - quit returning phone calls and texts after taking the money, never finished the job. Month of trying to get contact. Buyer beware

Unprofessional. Did not do what was asked. Had our property re-graded and seed applied. Asked them to till the dirt, they only ran over it with a Bobcat. Used 1 50# bag of seed for a whole acre. They work for builders, not true landscapers.

Excellent service
