I recently used AML Construction for a large repair and renovation project in my primary bathroom. The husband and wife team of Andrew and Tara Leaptrot were very professional, provided outstanding service and delivered a beautiful and amazing final product that was on time and on budget. As an Interior Designer who has overseen a variety of updates, renovations and remodels for clients over my 25+ year career, I rate Andrew and Tara as among the best that I have worked with. I was very impressed with their knowledge, exceptional work ethic, responsiveness and attention to detail, and I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend AML Construction for any project, large or small.

We originally contracted with AML to enclose our rear porch. As a result of their outstanding work, we have now contracted with them to move an exterior wall out to expand our living room area. We were very impressed with their pricing, professional approach to our projects(s) and how well they maintain their work site. Before committing to do business with them, I took the time to research their backgrounds and was amazed at the educational resumes they bring to their business. Andy with AML Construction was super easy to work with! He and his crew completely updated my kitchen. I wish I was able to post pictures. They did an amazing job. I highly recommend him for any job, big or small.

I have used AML Construction for several years for numerous projects, small and large. Currently AML is my construction contractor for a remodel of a building built in 1893. They are knowledgeable, fair in pricing, and they communicate. What I like most: if I want to do something and it is either too complicated or costly, they will not just do it, they will discuss my options, and usually make suggestions that will make the job get completed faster and at a lower cost than my original idea, without making me feel like I am dumb. The husband/wife management team work well together. I like seeing both of them in work clothes working a project or as they were this past Sunday, interior spray painting my building.

Very thankful for the help I’ve received from AML. They have done repair work on my personal rental property, but have also done repairs for clients of mine (I sell real estate). I have seen their handy work in multiple properties and have been pleased with what I’ve seen.
