I want to let you know what an amazing job Alex, Suzie, and Mark have done on our project! They are so very professional, personable and conscientious. They have gone out of their way to accommodate anything we need to minimize any disruptions to our lifestyle. This is the best experience I have ever had with a contractor. In our experience, this area is full of dishonest contractors who just want to squeeze every penny from you but thank God our experience with Ammco was so much better. Joe took the time to reassure our family that he and his team could eradicate the mold that had developed from a flood in our new home. They were honest with which projects were most cost effective with his team and helped us through our insurance claim where appropriate. I wouldn't wish our experience on anyone, but I'd definitely recommend anyone needing restoration to give Ammco a call. They are polite, respectful and efficient! From start to finish, their professionalism and expertise were unmatched. During the mitigation process, they discovered mold and immediately took proactive steps to contain it, ensuring my family’s safety. They guided me through the entire process, from mitigation to dealing with my insurance company, making what could have been an overwhelming situation manageable and stress-free. AMMCO was great to work with! They answered their phone on a Saturday and sent a rep same day to look at the scope of work. A bid was sent quickly and the work started as soon as it was approved. It was done timely and the job site was left clean and ready to go. Would definitely use them again.

Joe and his team are amazing! I am a real estate agent who has a listing where mold was found and from the first contact (on a weekend), he picked up the phone, met me at the property the next day, talked the seller and I through the process and worked diligently to get the mold removed, re-tested and construction complete within a very reasonably timely period so we can close on time. He stood out from the other companies and I would not hesitate to contact him again of this issue comes up again (hopefully it won't though) Thanks you Joe and Ammco!
