Horrific flooring, after covid they have gone down, DO NOT buy they are demanding we pay for inspection on their horrible flooring We bought the same flooring with children and it's holding up great. Bought new floor from them years later and the quality is terrible. No animals in there and room is hardly used. Floor is peeling, there are dents everywhere scratches everywhere. That's expensive flooring to not even last a year..... We have to rip it out and go with another company. I'm beyond disgusted to pay for extra quality and pretty much told NOT MY PROBLEM.... Save yourself run from this company Green building supply didn't help when they only offered me 30 percent off to replace the same floor hahaha. No thanks. Couldn't pay me to put it in.

Amorim Wise planks peaked right after installation. They say the baseboards have to be 1/4" off the floor to allow for expansion. That is not done on any other floating flooring such as laminate, vinyl plank, floating wood installations. 1/4" with no caulk is what they say. That's ugly, allows for bugs and dirt and possibly water to get under the baseboards. Non toxic flooring is a good idea, but they need to get the product right so it doesn't warp.

We really loved the idea of the negative carbon impact, but this flooring is the least durable of anything I've ever installed, from LVP, Engineered Hardwood, Hardwood and old school pergo.. Got forbid you drop something on it. It dents, scuffs and gouges way too easily... a putty knife fell out of my pocket and left a pimple sized dent. Now I have to pull it back and replace that board. Luckily, I haven't installed the baseboards yet. If you're not careful installing, it peals at the edges. I wish I had looked at reviews beforehand. I would expect the durability of this to be way better.

HEADS UP! Cork floor does NOT work on concrete subfloor in new home. Amorim will not honor their warranty, hiding behind obscure, incomprehensible reference in their installation instructions that require installer to drill hole in concrete to test humidity before laying cork. Save yourself the trouble and do not use Amorim cork floor. There are better options.

One section of the new flooring started to "curl" shortly after installation. The section was replaced and now it's happening again. I'm am very disappointed in this flooring.
