AMP Master Lock & Key Multi-Service

“If you enjoy waiting forever for people who never show up, this is the perfect place for you.” When I got there, the place was closed. I called, and they told me they had just gone to lunch and would be back soon. I waited about 45 minutes, called again, and he said, “5 more minutes, I’m on my way.” I waited another 30 minutes and NOBODY showed up. Total waste of time—very unprofessional. Don’t trust what they say; they clearly don’t care about customers.

I called because I needed a new key to be made for my car. The man tools me to give him 45 minutes, but I waited for over 4 hours and he never came.

Terrible experience here. Called because I needed a key made for a specific lock, told him and sent him pictures of what exactly I needed to be made not only did he try to charge me 50 dollars for 2 keys which I needed so I accepted, he then yell me to come over to the shop. I take the time to remove the lock and take it with me to be sure he can make these keys only to find out he left. After 10 minutes of knocking I decide to once again call the number and he tells me he left and will be about an hour I can either wait or go else where. His words exactly. Not to mention his open sign is left on

Awkwardly tried to hustle me with an outrageously high price and made up lies on why it's so high. Bargain him down to something reasonable if you know better, and if he doesn't budge--go somewhere else that you know is cheaper. If he has options so do we. It's up to him whether he would rather wait doing nothing (or take my very reasonable offer). He said he would be back at the shop in a about 10 minutes but it took him many times longer :( I know he has to make a living and I respect that, but if you're lying to me and trying to hustle me too hard you're going to lose more than my business. How do you expect me (or the community) to recommend you to other people we personally know? One bad experience can permanently become multiple people worth of lost revenue. I'm sure he knows what

Great customer service was totally honest was well friendly overall made me feel comfortable. Good on prices shopped around didn’t find anything cheaper then my guy rite here definitely recommend
