Where do I even start. From day one working with my salesman Tommy, all the way through coordinating with Chad, one of the managers, this experience ended up exceeding my expectations. I’ll be honest, at the beginning I had my doubts, but these guys truly came through in a big way. I wanted to do something a little different with my gate, specifically how it locks and how access works from both the inside and outside using a custom combination lock built directly into the gate. This was not something they had done before, and there were definitely questions around whether it would work. We had an issue with one of our back doors not closing properly, and AM/PM Door was great to work with from start to finish. They were able to get us scheduled within just a few days, which we really appreciated. The technician arrived on time, communicated clearly, and fixed the issue in under 40 minutes. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally, with great follow-up as well. Overall, excellent service and communication. Excellent customer service. From the first call to the last. I made an appointment to evaluate the liftmaster gate. Havi provided a time window and called within the window with an ETA. He was able to identify the issue with the sensors and complete the repair. Thank you!!

I initially had a very good experience with this company. The driver showed up on time, and the technician quickly fixed the issue — the garage door safety sensor (not an “alien” sensor). I also asked for an extra remote, and he told me it would be $20, which seemed reasonable. A couple of days later, I received an invoice by email and was shocked. My total invoice was $450.00, They charged $175 for one item, $180 for another, and $54 for the remote instead of the $20 I was quoted. I called and spoke with the supervisor, but the explanations didn’t make sense. Toward the end he claimed the remote couldn’t be $20 because “his cost is $30,” which is simply not true — I ordered the exact same make and model on Amazon, two for $11.
