Crenshaw came to my home, quickly assessed my water heater, and was back out in a few days to repair it. Him and his teammate were perfect gentlemen and worked quickly while wearing masks the entire time. I even received a follow up call a few hours later to make sure everything was good. I highly recommend these guys!

After waiting on a different company all day I called Am Pm. Crenshaw took my call and tried to help just over the phone. Once we realized we needed him to come out he was at our house within an hour. He was awesome! Answered all our questions and was very nice. He finished hooking up our water heater, did all the leak checks and was completely done in 30 mins. Gave us his number just in case anything happens. The price was so much lower than what the other company quoted. We will be using Crenshaw at Am Pm for any of our future plumbing needs!!

I would not recommend to use AMPM Plumbing Company for the following reason: I contacted Steve from AMPM Plumbing, and he set up an appointment for the next day. I was waiting for him for about an hour, but he did not show up. When I tried to contact him, he did not pick up a phone and did not respond to numerous text messages. Regardless the website phone number was listed as an EMERGENCY no one responded as well. In an hour Steve picks up a phone, and said he is having a car problem and he will try to call his guy to take care. When I said I was waiting for an hour he said: "You know what, find somebody else" hang up on me. It was very rude and unprofessional; I took my time off for this appointment, and I just lost this time in the vain; has to reschedule for next day with another comp

What ever you do, Do not let the plumber named Crenshaw near any job you have. i hate to leave a bad review but they just treated me like crap. The company was recommended by a trusted contractor and i have no doubt that the owner is a nice chap but when you cant devote adequate time to a particular job to see it through and are so busy with so many jobs , you just end up doing a shoddy job across the job. There is no coordination between the front office, answering service and the actual plumbers nor the owner. The plumber they sent to be was in haste, un-couth, lacked decorum and was looking for any excuse to finish the job in haste and not come back if anything happened. He refused to pick up the phone when i called him to fix the bad job he did, called and texted him over 7 times. The
