AMS Air Conditioning & Heating

AMS has provided us maintenance and repair service for a number of years, including some emergency calls. Moshe and his team are very responsive, thorough, and do great work, with no upselling or high pressure sales tactics and very reasonable prices. I recommend AMS without reservations.

The furnace broke down at my elderly parents house right before the Christmas holidays. I called around to find someone and everyone was already on calls or were not available due to the holidays. I called 21 companies and AMS pulled through to assess within 2 hours and set us up with a replacement furnace. They do good honest work with reasonable pricing. We had a small mishap with a misplaced water leak sensor during the furnace install. However, they made it right very quickly without issue. 10/10 will recommend

What a great experience. Moshe came over within an hour of my call he was only about a mile away and could fit me in on his way home on a Friday. I told him I had just changed the start capacitor. So we checked the wiring schematic and found the problem rather quickly. A dear friend of mine recommended Moshe to me years ago. So glad I reached out. Super honest and dependable.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Mr. Moshe, our air conditioner stopped working during the heat wave, I called him Saturday morning, he said he could come by in the afternoon, he called when he was on the way to give me an ETA, he arrived and immediately began to diagnose our problem and within 15-20 minutes we were back up and running. He also, provided me with advice for what is best for my AC. He was also very reasonable & not trying to get over like some of these other companies. All in all I was very pleased, Mr. Moshe is very kind and my family & I are truly thankful for his service. We will definitely be teaching back out to him for our future AC services. I don’t know if 5 stars does it justice. Moshe is dependable, trustworthy, has the fairest price, and is super responsive. We first had our experience with him when we moved to the area in 2020 after our air conditioner broke in the middle of the summer. We were very fearful that we were going to be incredibly up charged since it was high demand season. His price was by far the best and he fixed it literally the next day, which was a tremendous help as all my kids had heat rash from the house being so hot. Fast-forward to 2025 and he changed the air conditioner at our new house again after it broke. We had a few other issues with the air conditioning that had nothing to do with him, but he came over my house to fix it literally at 9 o’clock at night. It was an easy fix so he didn’t charge
