Very satisfied with the work AMS Construction done for us. The workers cleaned up after themselves every evening before they left they were professional and did an excellent job thank you AMS Construction.

We hired AMS for a primary suite addition that was quite the challenge tying three separate roof lines together. Charlsie’s team lead by Joe handled it with incredible skill and attention to detail. Their workmanship is outstanding, and the transition between the roof lines is seamless. We couldn’t be more pleased with the process. Highly recommend AMS for any complex addition or renovation project.

I have rarely been as disappointed by a business as I am with AMS Construction. Like another recent reviewer said, are the five star reviews fake? In the interest of full disclosure, this is the second time we used AMS for repairs and renovations, and the work inspected by the fire marshal passed. Based on a satisfactory experience with the first project, we hired AMS for a second project. However, our experience this time was very unsatisfactory. When We hired AMS, it was 100% clear between us and Charlsie that we had a tight deadline and the project had to be completed as soon as possible once the windows on order had arrived. They did a fantastic job on our large deck with lots of stairs and levels. They were on time, flexible with our changes and very professional. I would highly recommend AMS to anyone.

Not sure if the other reviews are fake, but we have had the complete opposite experience. We are still waiting on them to finish a project. We hired them on January 26th. They said they could start demo right away and the bathrooms after they finished two projects. Then on February 20th they still had not done ANYTHING. So, I again asked for a timeline and I was told 4-6 weeks to completion from that day. It is now April 10th and they aren't even close. They could have redone these bathriooms in 2 weeks tops if they had shown up. But weeks go by and they have left my house completely torn apart. It's absolutely ridiculous and all we get is he'll be there to let you discuss concerns. We don't want to discuss, we want you to stick to the timeline you gave us and get finished and get out of m
