Josh was fantastic! My heater decided to stop working during this very cold and icy weather, and I am so grateful he was so readily available for me on a Sunday morning. He was very kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He also made sure even after he was gone to check up and still verify that everything was still running smoothly. I also asked him to go ahead and replace and install a different thermostat, which he was also able to do. I will definitely be using him for any future hvac or furnace needs!

Can't say enough about Josh and his service. Let me say first that we had a different company come out and wanted to charge $3800 for freon and a new drip pan because it was so rusted. I had told the guy it was a lot of money for that so he dropped the price real quick to $2,400 then again to $1200. I didn't think that was good so we called Josh with AMW COOLING & Heating! Totally different story. Josh is awesome. He found a bad fan motor and replaced it. Our system didn't need freon and it didn't need the drip pan. Josh had great communication and explained everything, showed photos before and after and gave suggestions for a yearly maintenance plan. We will be using him again.
