Anaheim Door

We recently contacted Anaheim Door to inspect our garage remote controls, but unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. Instead of addressing the simple issue we had — needing replacement remote controls and a wall-mounted remote — they tried to upsell us on a completely new motor and control system for $1,700, which we did not need. It was clear that they intentionally withheld providing the remotes we asked for in order to push their full system. This approach felt dishonest and unhelpful. All we wanted was a straightforward solution, but instead we were pressured into unnecessary and costly upgrades. I would not recommend Anaheim Door based on this experience.

Had Jake come out to service our old door and motor. He was great. Answered all of our questions and concerns. We will be getting a replacement motor with all the bells and whistles! Sad that Anaheim Door was bought out, but so far the new Anaheim Door is just as good!

Bad customer service by Chris (sales person/manager). Treats you well until you are trapped by a signed contract and started installation, then he shows you his other face when you complain about a mistake he made instead of taking responsibility. Installers were nice and friendly. Quality of work is average. A lot different and lower quality than my prior experience with this company 20 years ago. I regret using them this time around.

The Manager (Chris) was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and spent almost an hour with me. Still haven’t pulled the trigger yet on a garage door but when we do we’ll be going back to Chris at Anaheim Door in the Valley.
