Ana's Housekeeping Services Inc

I called and spoke to a woman (who I presume is Ana) and made an appointment for her to come to my dad’s home in Silver Spring the following evening at 7:30 PM to do a walk through and provide a free cleaning estimate. The next day at 7:35 PM no one had showed up yet, so I called and the same woman answered and told me she can’t do appointments past 6 and “forgot” to tell me. I’m not sure why she made an appointment for 7:30 to begin with if she wasn’t ever available and then proceeded to not follow up or call with an update. After we spoke the first time she even asked me to text her confirming our appointment details, so I know it wasn’t a miscommunication from our initial phone conversation. Disappointing and a waste of time and gas driving from DC to Silver Spring for a no-call, no-sho

I believe Ana is a great person to deal with. They are doing a very good job and they are very friendly and efficient. Also the price is very good. We loved them.
